I’m Caleb Sloan, and I founded Radiant Operations And Missional (ROAM) Intelligence to address a critical gap in global missions: the Church’s lack of access to real-time, secure intelligence.
With experience as a U.S. Marine, a Red Team operator for New York State, a threat intelligence analyst supporting Fortune 500 companies, and an Intelligence Operations Specialist in the U.S. government, I’ve spent my career building and working within advanced information-sharing networks that protect people and guide decisions.
But in the global Church—where missionaries, ministries, and pastors face growing threats—those systems simply don’t exist.
Despite being united by the Great Commission, Christian organizations still operate in silos, disconnected and often unaware of the risks around them.
ROAM was built to change that.
